Backyard Refuge
The existing yard had a 10’ x 12’ concrete pad and a rectangle of grass. My clients wanted me to help them create a beautiful and functional outdoor space. Replacing the concrete pad with a smaller cedar deck made room for a larger textured flagstone patio. The plantings along the back property line created a sense of enclosure, while remaining open enough to offer views beyond the garden.
